Will my limousine arrive on time?
Unlike other forms of transport, such as taxis, 13LIMO procedures are designed to ensure your limousine arrives before the booking time, every time. Of course, there will be occasions when, due to factors outside our control (traffic jams, break downs etc) we may not meet our targets.
In these cases, we will do our very, very best to contact you with updates and re-engineer our schedules to help you meet yours. In some cases we may need to provide alternative transport.
What services are provided in the limousine?
13LIMO limousines are luxury transport. All of our cars are equipped with modern safety technology and a selection of the latest equipment for your benefit. Premium soft leather and suede trim, multi-zone climate control, startling stereo with uber speakers and long-wheel base roominess are expected and provided. The boots are capacious. In many of our limousines, rear seat guests are treated to sumptuous seats, illuminated mirrors, climate and audio controls and twin TV screens for DVD entertainment or presentations. There will mostly be a fridge and first-aid kit within the rear seatback, discreet cup holders in the centre armrest and fold-down load-through access to the boot.
Constant contact with 13LIMO HQ means that the driver is always monitoring conditions. We’ll tell you if the traffic is going to be a problem or if your aircraft is delayed. We’ll even tell you the check-in counter so that the driver can drop you at the the most convenient spot.
As a concierge service, our drivers may be able to stop to complete errands or satisfy your personal or business needs. Please call us to discuss.
What qualifies a driver to be your chauffeur?
As a wholly-owned subsidiary of the largest provider of transport solutions in Australia, 13LIMO has access to a large bank of drivers applying to become your chauffeur. With our vast experience we are well qualified to know which drivers will graduate to make your limo hire as seamless and comfortable as you expect. We screen applicants technically and from a service point of view. Then we do checks through Government agencies and other avenues to ensure only the best are at 13LIMO.
Once accepted, your chauffeur is constantly trained and updated. 13LIMO’s corporate culture promotes an environment of two-way communication so that we know what’s happening out on the roads. Please feel free to give some feedback to your driver so we are able to improve our services to you.
How do I pay?
Unlike other forms of transport, your limo hire will be pre-paid. You don’t have to worry. All major credit cards are accepted, as are our fully owned Cabcharge payment options. These can be facilitated onboard for urgent bookings or off- the-street hires.

If your chauffeur is running late, we will do our best to contact you before you’ve even thought of contacting us. When you simply can’t find each other, the number above is your channel for information.
Why are you better at limousines than other companies?

How do I ensure a private, quiet ride?
Our drivers are trained to be sensitive to your mood and needs. If there is anything that you require of them during your trip, let them know when they greet you.
Do I pay before or after?
For your convenience and to promote a stress free and relaxing ride, we encourage you to pre-pay for your trip. This allows us to tailor everything to your requirements. It also allows you or your office to arrange and pay beforehand so you don't have to worry about a thing.

Are there any extras?
There shouldn't be any unless you request a concierge service from the driver on the day. Examples of these include personalised shopping, touring or meals. In certain situations impromptu stops, passenger detour requests and unexpected waiting time may require additional in-car payment.
When should I book?
Our service is based on pre-bookings. We understand your needs and recommend that you contact us as early as possible to secure your preference. For airport bookings, please book as your flights are confirmed or at least 2 hours beforehand. For special occasion or event needs, please allow a 1-month window.
Can you transport babies and children?
All of our limousines can carry child restraints and baby capsules. Please discuss your options with us when making your booking or as soon as you are aware of your requirements. We need reasonable prior notice.
